With less than 10 employees we Began offering Corky’s famous hickory smoked ribs to Kroger customers in the Mid South.

1992

Built a 900 square foot plant next door to the original Corky’s restaurant under USDA inspection.

1989

Corky’s restaurant started receiving requests from business customers to ship our iconic BBQ across the country to friends, relatives, and business associates.
